Levee celebration and Family Fun Day in PEC on January 4th

Prince Edward County officials have invited the public to gather for a Winter Family Fun Day and New Year’s Levee on Sunday, January 4, 2026!

❄The celebration will take place from 1 pm to 3:30 pm at the Prince Edward Community Centre (375 Picton Main Street).

❄Fun for the entire family! There will be indoor and outdoor activities (dress warmly), treats and hot beverages, free public skating, children’s activities and more.

❄Event schedule:

1 pm – Doors open
1:15 pm – Mayor’s New Year’s Levee Speech
1:30 – 3:30 pm –
Festivities and reception with a variety of activities:

🐦Create a pinecone bird feeder
🖍Express your creativity through colouring pages
🌟Browse the local history displays from The County Museums and the Prince Edward County Heritage Conservancy
🚒Explore a fire truck, take photos, and learn more about fire prevention with Prince Edward County Fire and Rescue
⛸Skate for free from 12:30 pm to 2 pm
