No race for Mayor in Napanee this fall, as voter information session scheduled

For the second time in a row, Mayor Terry Richardson has been acclaimed.

City clerks have verified and certified the list of nominations for the October election.

Mayor Richardson will continue in the role after election day on October 26th.

Here is the rest of the list:

Deputy Mayor:

-Brian Calver, Rennis Hutzler, Blair Campbell.

Council:

Ward One – Acclaimed – Mike Schenk

Ward Two: Angela Hicks, Jason McDonald

Ward Three: Shawn Davey, Donald Stokes

Ward Four: Michelle Edgar, Jeff Chestnut

Ward Five: Bill Martin, Ron Yeomans.

 

The Town of Greater Napanee will hold a voter information session at 99 Advance Avenue in Napanee. The session on September 15th from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. will walk people through the voting process, and give a chance of people to share feedback. Valid ID will be required if people plan to attend to make sure they are on the verified voters list.
