Canada Walks for Bladder Cancer is Coming to Belleville and Wellington

By Katie Sherratt Sep 11, 2025 | 10:22 AM

Belleville and Prince Edward County residents are invited to lace up their runners and join Canada Walks for Bladder Cancer on the weekend of September 20th.

Now in its 15th year, this nationwide event brings together patients, families, caregivers, and supporters to raise awareness and vital funds for bladder cancer, Canada’s fifth most common cancer.

Bladder Cancer Canada, the country’s first and only patient advocacy organization dedicated to bladder cancer, provides free essential resources and support to patients and their loved ones. Funds raised through the walk directly fund awareness initiatives, patient programs, and life-saving research.

Whether you walk in Wellington or Belleville, your participation helps make a difference in the lives of Canadians impacted by bladder cancer.
