Woman charged following neighbour dispute in west-end Belleville

Belleville Police charged a city woman with assault following an altercation on Monday afternoon.

On December 1st at 5:28pm, Belleville Police responded to a report of a neighbour dispute at an apartment complex in the city’s west end.

Upon arrival, it was reported that a female resident had been yelling at another resident and reportedly pushed the individual into a wall.

As a result of investigation, a 31-year-old Belleville woman was arrested and charged with assault. She was held for a bail hearing.

No name was released.
