Crash east of Shannonville Friday evening

A crash east of Shannonville led to a brief road closure on Friday evening.

Reports indicated a motor vehicle collision occurred near the intersection of Old Highway 2, and Milltown Road around 6:15 p.m.

The Ontario Provincial Police, the Tyendinaga Township Fire Department, and paramedics were on scene.

The crash was described as serious, but there is no confirmed information on injuries at this time.
