Slow goings on 401 between Belleville, Trenton

By Brock Ormond Nov 14, 2025 | 4:34 PM

Reports are coming in about the Westbound 401 near the Aikins Road overpass halfway between Belleville and Trenton being slowed down to a crawl.

Vehicles are not being diverted off the highway as of 4:30 p.m., but traffic is moving very slowly, so drivers should avoid the 401 at this time.

No word yet on what has caused the slowdown.
