The Napanee Raiders posted a spotless weekend in the PJHL with two shutout victories.
Logan Vale and Denholm Blair combined for 30 saves in tandem with stingy team defence in a 4-0 blanking of the Picton Pirates at home on Friday and a 6-0 washing of the Port Hope Panthers on Saturday.
Jackson Barnes, Ben White, Christos Chronis and Reid Lambert all scored for Napanee on Friday and Erik MacNeil chipped in two assists.
MacNeil added three more points including a goal on Saturday and five other Raiders (Chronis, Lambert, White, Barnes and Michael Patrick) contributed with markers.
Patrick and Chronis added an assist each and Eric Taher and Trent Williams added two helpers.
Napanee now sits atop the Tod Division with a 29-7-1-1 with 60 points, four points clear of the Frankford Huskies, who have two games in hand.
Those Huskies take on the Trent Hills Thunder at 4 p.m. at the Sunny Life Recreation Centre in Campbellford on Sunday.
