Watermain flushing & hydrant maintenance Sep 15-19 in Picton

The County’s watermain flushing and hydrant maintenance program began on Tuesday, Sep 2, in the Picton Drinking Water System.

The watermain flushing and hydrant maintenance program in Picton will continue in the following locations between the hours of 6am and 6pm, Monday to Friday:

Sep 15-19: Picton Main St and all streets southwest from Ferguson St out to the traffic circle.

Water mains will be flushed and hydrants will be serviced throughout The County’s Drinking Water Systems in accordance with the Ontario Fire Code (Ontario Regulation 730/81).
