Brighton residents encouraged to take survey to shape Sustainability Plan

By Hailey MacDonald Sep 13, 2025 | 2:11 PM

The Municipality of Brighton is looking for public input to help shape Brighton’s Sustainability Plan.

The municipality is conducting a survey to gather public input on climate change, its local impacts, and suggestions for how the municipality can prepare for future climate risks.

Provide your input before September 24, 2025 by completing the online survey with what concerns you have about climate change, what supports you need, and how Brighton can improve, together.

Physical survey copies can be picked up at:

Brighton Municipal Office and Public Library (35 Alice St).

Brighton Public Works Department Office (67 Sharp Rd).

Codrington Public Library (2992 County Rd 30).

The online survey takes approximately five minutes to complete.
