Adopt-a-Child program returns to keep kids safe and warm

As the weather gets a little cooler, you can once again have the opportunity to provide winter clothing to a family in need in Quinte.

Registration is now open for the Adopt-A-Child / Keep Kids Warm Program.

The program assists low income working families and those on assistance with new winter outerwear.

Parents and guardians of children ages 0–12 in Belleville, Stirling, Prince Edward County, and Central Hastings (Madoc, Marmora, and Tweed) can register online or in-person between September 15 and 26.

The program is a joint partnership with the Belleville Police Service, and Prince Edward County and Central Hastings OPP detachments.

Proper identification is required for parents and children.
