The Quinte region has felt some early November warmth that has resulted in a new high temperature record.
Yesterday, the region hit 22.6 degrees Celsius, according to readings taken at CFB Trenton.
That cleared the previous high for a November 4 of 19.7 degrees, set four years ago in 2022.
The regular average high for this time of year is about 9 degrees, which will be felt again by the weekend.
Long range forecast predicts it will hang around that total give or take into early next week.
