Collision in L&A County Wednesday leads to severe injuries

One person has reportedly been taken to a local hospital following a collision near Selby on Wednesday night.

Just after 6:00 p.m., officers from the Lennox and Addington County OPP responded to a collision on Highway 41 between Drive-In Road and Gerow Road involving a piece of farm equipment and a pedestrian.

Police say one person was taken to hospital with life threatening injuries as a result.

Highway 41 was closed while the OPP Traffic Incident Management Enforcement team conducted their investigation.
