Ready for a chance to win big and make a difference for animals? The Ontario SPCA and Humane Society’s Fall Draws for Paws 50/50 Lottery is underway, with the first Early Bird draw coming up this week.
Four Early Bird prizes of $2,000 are up for grabs, with the first draw taking place on Thursday, Oct. 8. The Grand Prize draw takes place Nov. 12 and the more tickets sold, the bigger the jackpot grows – and the greater the impact for animals in need across Ontario. The last Draws for Paws 50/50 winner took home more than $130,000.
Tickets start at just $10 and are available online at ontariospcalottery.ca
“Every ticket purchased in the Fall Draws for Paws 50/50 Lottery helps create a brighter future for animals across Ontario, while giving you the chance to win a life-changing amount of money,” says Stephanie Miller, Vice President of Development, Ontario SPCA and Humane Society. “It’s an exciting way to make a difference, and the more people who participate, the bigger the jackpot and the greater the impact for animals across Ontario.”
Funds raised through the Draws for Paws 50/50 Lottery support the Ontario SPCA’s Community Access to Resources, Education, and Support (CARES) Fund – a grant program that helps SPCAs and humane societies across Ontario. The CARES Fund provides financial support for initiatives that enhance animal welfare, including spay/neuter programs, veterinary care, and shelter improvements.
