Two people have been arrested following a police search north of Napanee on Tuesday night.
Lennox and Addington County OPP were advising the public of an increased police presence around County Rd. 27 and Hunt Rd. in Stone Mills Township (North of Newburg) around 8 pm.
Police were asking people to avoid the area and not to pick up hitchhikers in the area though they said there was no concern for public safety.
