The Bay of Quinte Classic Cruisers celebrated another successful Auto Odyssey Car Show this past summer to support local healthcare and pets.
This year’s event, held on July 25, raised $10,400, which will be shared equally between the Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation and Fixed Fur Life.
A cheque was presented this past Saturday at Quinte West City Hall from representatives from Fixed Fur Life from the Bay of Quinte Classic Cruisers representative of this outstanding total.
With this year’s contribution, the Auto Odyssey Car Show has now raised $71,000 over the past eight years for local causes.
Led by President Laurie Palmer, the BOQ Classic Cruisers bring together classic car owners, enthusiasts and community members from across the area.
Funds received by TMHF help purchase essential equipment and support patient care at Trenton Memorial Hospital, while Fixed Fur Life helps provide veterinary care and find homes for animals in need.
The Classic Cruisers are already looking ahead to next year, with the ninth annual Auto Odyssey Car Show scheduled for Saturday, July 24, 2027.
