Trenton Tigers vs. Bayside Red Devils

On Thursday afternoon, the Trenton Tigers faced off against the Bayside Red Devils at Bayside Secondary School.

The Red Devils struck early, scoring twice in the opening quarter.

Trenton settled in and played their strongest game of the season, but Bayside’s defense held firm to secure a 41–6 victory and remain undefeated.

Friday Night Lights: Centennial Chargers vs. Eastside Ravens

Friday’s doubleheader at Centennial Secondary brought energy and excitement to the stands.

Junior Game

The junior matchup between the Centennial Chargers and Eastside Ravens was a defensive battle from the start, tied 8–8 at halftime. Eastside’s Rowyn McCaughen electrified the crowd with a punt return touchdown and a two-point conversion to open scoring. The Chargers answered with a touchdown and conversion of their own.

In the fourth quarter, a long touchdown pass to Ben Stitt gave the Chargers the lead, and two more scores sealed a 29–8 win for Centennial.

Senior Game

The senior Chargers opened with a long touchdown pass to #13 Jayden Simmons for a 7–0 lead. Eastside responded with a rushing touchdown from #0 Carter Lockwood, bringing the score to 7–6 before Centennial extended the lead to 14–6 at halftime.
Halftime festivities included a special recognition of the 25th anniversary of the 2000–2001 Centennial Chargers, who captured the OFSAA National Capital Bowl.
