One eastbound lane of the highway is closed between Palace Rd. in Napanee and County Rd. 4 in Odessa, due to a collision.
Initially, police stated both lanes were closed in the crash that happened around 3 p.m., before notifying the public that one lane was being reopened just before 4:30 p.m.
OPP East region says injuries are being assessed.
Drivers are asked to please avoid the area by using alternate routes.
