A woman from Gananoque was arrested following a domestic incident in Belleville on Thursday.
On June 4th at 5:33 p.m., Belleville Police responded to a residence in the city’s east end regarding a domestic dispute. It was reported that one female threatened another before initiating a physical altercation, attempting to kick and punch the victim. As a result of investigation, a 34-year-old Ganonoque woman, was arrested and charged with:
· Assault – spousal
· Uttering threats – cause death or bodily harm – spousal
· Fail to comply with probation order
She was released on an Undertaking with a scheduled court date in July
