Kingston Police looking for missing man

The Kingston Police are seeking public assistance locating missing person.

Franco was last seen on May 13, 2026 (Wednesday) at approximately 1:00pm in the area of Lyons Street and Elliot Street.

Franco is described as white, 70 years old, 6 feet tall, 175lbs with long grey hair and a grey beard. He was last seen wearing dark jeans, a dark jacket, tan shoes and a dark backpack. Franco is known to frequent bus stops.

Anyone with information regarding Franco’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Kingston Police at 613-549-4660 ext. 0.
