Families registered for the Adopt-A-Child / Keep Kids Warm Program are reminded that winter outerwear pickup will take place at 250 Sidney St., Belleville (front entrance) on the following dates and times:
· Tuesday, November 3: 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
· Wednesday, November 4: 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
· Thursday, November 5: 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The parent or guardian who completed the registration must attend pickup and provide proper identification for themselves and each registered child.
This year, the Keep Kids Warm Program has seen a significant increase in demand, with more than 1,400 children registered across Belleville, Prince Edward County, and Central Hastings, an increase of more than 200 children compared to last year.
As a valued partner of the Keep Kids Warm Program, we are grateful for the generosity of local residents, businesses, organizations, and community groups whose support helps ensure children throughout our region have access to warm winter clothing.
