UPDATE – Serious crash at Highway 62 and Foxboro-Stirling Road

A major intersection in the Belleville area was closed for about an hour following a crash on Tuesday morning.

Belleville Police and OPP responded to a two-vehicle motor vehicle collision in the area of Highway 62 and Ducette Road (Foxboro-Stirling Road) shortly before 10 am.

One vehicle ended up on its roof and the people in that vehicle had to be extricated by the Belleville Fire Department.

There were injuries, but the full extent is unknown.

The area around that intersection was closed for just under an hour, reopening shortly before 11 am.
