Local heating and cooling company gives back to local community member

A local company is paying back a dedicated community member with a new heating and cooling system.

The team at Dows ClimateCare Trenton has partnered with the Lennox Feel the Love campaign to provide a local family with a brand-new heating and cooling system, including professional installation, completely free of charge.

Amy is an educational assistant and dedicated volunteer firefighter who regularly gives her time to help others in the community.

She is described as someone who willingly responds to emergencies and some of the most difficult moments local families experience, often returning home after long calls in heavy firefighting gear.

Unfortunately, her own home has not provided the comfort and reliability she deserves.

Her air conditioner has stopped working and is too old to make repairing it worthwhile, while her aging furnace is also nearing the end of its life.

Dows and Lennox representatives say the new heating and cooling system will give Amy and her family a comfortable, dependable home to return to, while also removing a significant financial burden.

The equipment was installed earlier this month and both organizations say it’s outstanding to show up for Amy and her family the way she has shown up for her community.
