A Belleville man was arrested after an early morning incident on Tuesday morning.
On October 20, 2026, at 12:23 a.m., Belleville Police responded to a residence in the city’s east end regarding reports of a male in breach of his probation conditions.
Upon arrival, officers located the male at the residence with a female. Officers determined he was in breach of several conditions, including conditions prohibiting him from communicating with the female or attending that residence.
As a result of the investigation, a 31-year-old Belleville man was arrested and charged with:
· Fail to comply with probation order X8
He was held for a bail hearing.
