Quinte West has issued a Request for Information (RFI) seeking input from housing developers and non-profit organizations on the development of a mixed-income residential community west of the North Murray Industrial Park.
To help the City better understand development opportunities for the site, the RFI seeks input on:
Prospective development concepts and creative ideas for the vision of this community
Potential partnerships between developers and non-profit housing organizations for the development of the lands
Municipal support that could help advance affordable housing development options for this project.
