A Stirling man is facing impaired driving charges after being stopped in Belleville.
Around 8:10 p.m., Belleville Police officers were told of a suspected impaired driver in the city’s east end.
Officers located the suspect vehicle and began an investigation that led to the arrest of Dillon Detlor, 35.
He was charged with impaired driving and impaired while over 80 mg.
Detlor was additionally charged under the Liquor Licence Control Act for having care or control of a motor vehicle with an open container of liquor.
He was released on an Undertaking with a scheduled court date in July.
