Road closure in QW Thursday

A notice is coming from the City of Quinte West on a road closure on Thursday.

Old Wooler Road from Store Street to Telephone Road will be closed to through traffic from approximately 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. for water main maintenance.

Old Wooler Road will remain open to local traffic only. All through traffic, including emergency vehicles, will be detoured.

Northbound traffic will be detoured using the following route: north on Water Street and west onto Telephone Road at the roundabout.

Southbound traffic will be detoured using the following route: east on Telephone Road and south onto Water Street (also referred to as Trenton Street) at the roundabout.
