A Belleville man faces impaired driving charges after a collision in the city early Sunday morning.

Around 5 a.m., a crash was reported in the north end of Belleville and police officers attended the scene.

After reportedly observing signs of impairment in the driver, police arrested 34-year-old Branden Skinner and charged him with impaired operation.

He is slated to appear in court in March.
