Environment Canada has issued a Special Weather Statement in the Bay of Quinte for Dec 13.

Local snowfall amounts of 5 to 10 cm are possible.

A band of lake enhanced snow off Lake Ontario is expected to develop this morning. Conditions should improve by this afternoon.

Travel may become hazardous. Motorists should prepare for quickly changing and deteriorating travel conditions.
