Belleville Police Services Board to re-visit budget next week

The Belleville Police Services Board will be taking another look at the budget for 2026 at a special meeting next week.

The BPS on Wednesday issued a notice of a meeting to be held on Monday morning at 10 am. It is included below.

Belleville Mayor Neil Ellis at the last Council meeting requested that the Police Service revisit the spending plan after it was previously passed with a potential 15% increase.

The Belleville Police Service Board will hold a Special Meeting on Monday, December 8 at 10:00 a.m. The meeting will take place at 459 Sidney Street, Belleville, in the Joint Forces Operations (JFO) Room.
