By Brock Ormond Dec 1, 2025 | 11:43 AM

An individual from Arnprior will appear in Napanee Court later this month to answer to impaired driving-related charges.

Shortly after 3 o’clock Saturday afternoon, Lennox and Addington County OPP were made aware of a vehicle that was travelling fast and erratically on Highway 41 in Addington Highlands.

Shortly afterwards, police received another call advising that the same vehicle had narrowly missed several pedestrians and struck two parked cars on Highway 41 in the community of Northbrook.

21-year-old Cohen Storie-Hein faces charges of impaired, dangerous operation of a vehicle and failure or refusal to comply with a demand.

Storie-Hein will appear in Napanee Court Dec. 16.
