Traffic disruptions on Hineman Street (Picton) November 24 to December 19

Cobourg Development Services Ltd will be installing municipal infrastructure on Hineman St including watermain, sewer, asphalt paving, curb, sidewalk, and streetscaping from Mon, Nov 24 to Fri, Dec 19.

Hineman St will be closed to through traffic from Mon, Nov 24 at 7am to Fri, Dec 19 at 5pm. This includes the intersection of Hineman St and Upper Lake St. Local traffic will be permitted.

Access for residents north of Hineman St should be made via Lake St to Upper Lake St, access for residents south of Hineman St should be made via Lake St to Browns St.

Heavy equipment may limit visibility in the area and noise levels will be elevated for the duration of the work.

Motorists are asked to approach the site with caution or avoid the construction area.
