County Arborists will be removing hazardous ash trees on County Rd 5 in Picton on Wednesday, Nov 5 and Thursday, Nov 6. This work is part of the County’s annual ash tree removal program.

County Rd 5 will be closed between Davis Rd and Elmbrook Rd from 8am to 4pm both days. Motorists are asked to use Davis Rd as the detour route.

Heavy equipment may limit visibility in the area and noise levels will be elevated for the duration of the work. Motorists are asked to approach the site with caution or avoid the construction area.
