Another demonstration scheduled for Loyalist College on Friday

By Hailey MacDonald Sep 17, 2025 | 1:55 PM

As job action continues, another rally is being planned to show solidarity with support workers at Belleville’s Loyalist College on Friday.

As of last Thursday, 10,000 full-time college support staff hit the picket lines across Ontario, fighting to protect the future of student supports and public education in Ontario.

That includes about 160 support staff at Loyalist College.

Another Solidarity Picket has been scheduled for Friday, September 19 at 12 p.m.
