A call about an unwanted person in Belleville led to an arrest Monday night.

Belleville Police responded to the city’s east end around 11:15 p.m. and found a male lying at the entrance of a building.

Further investigation revealed he was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant.

A 45-year-old Belleville man of no fixed address was arrested and charged with failure to attend court.

He was held for a bail hearing.
