The intersection of Finnegan Drive and County Road 49/Picton Main Street will be closed for the next couple of weeks for work in the area.
Prince Edward County officials say the contractor will use this time to connect the new sanitary and storm sewers on County Road 49/Picton Main Street to the existing services on Finnegan Drive.
Visitors to the Wellings of Picton and community mailbox customers can use the entrance to H.J. McFarland Memorial Home. Click here to view the map.
The County of Prince Edward is completing phase three of the Picton Main Street road reconstruction project, from #454 County Road 49 to Folkard Lane.
The work includes replacing sanitary sewers, watermains, and storm sewers and installation of new roadway, curbs, sidewalk and street lighting.
