Belleville swimmer Liv Hunt, 12, won five medals at the Ontario Swimming Championships, adding to a résumé that already includes provincial 11-year-old records in the 50- and 100-metre breaststroke events.
Competing against the province’s top swimmers, she captured gold in the 50-, 100-, and 200-metre breaststroke events.
She also earned silver in the 50-metre freestyle and bronze in the 100-metre freestyle.
These impressive results capped off another successful season for one of Ontario’s top young swimmers.
