The City of Belleville is informing residents of a lane closure on Dundas Street East for a watermain break.
Officials stated around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday that the southernmost eastbound lane of Dundas Street East in front of the Bayview Mall plaza is closed to vehicular traffic.
One eastbound lane and both westbound lanes remain open.
The closure will allow for staff and contractors to repair the break safely.
Motorists are encouraged to plan ahead for their evening commute and expect delays throughout the duration of the repair.
