Kingston Police seeking identification of voyeurism suspect

The Kingston Police are seeking assistance identifying an individual involved in multiple acts of voyeurism in the Earl Street area.

Beginning in late March of 2026, the individual has been discovered to be peering through the windows of several residences in the area of Earl Street.

On May 20 at approximately 12:20am, the individual was discovered to be peering through the window of a residence from the driveway. The individual was then confronted by a resident of the home, resulting in a physical altercation. The individual however was able to flee from the residence before police arrived.

The individual is described as white male, approximately 30-40 years old with a medium build, short blondish-gray hair, and approximately 5’9. Police believe the individual may live in the area of Earl Street.
