She has led program modernization initiatives, strengthened cross–sector partnerships, and embedded data–informed decision–making practices to support organizational growth and sustainability. Her leadership style reflects a balance of collaboration, accountability, and performance–driven execution.
Brittany shared her enthusiasm for the role: “I am excited to join Trenval Business Development Corporation and contribute to the continued growth and evolution of the Small Business Centre. Supporting entrepreneurs at every stage of their journey is vital to building resilient communities, and I look forward to working with the team and our regional partners to expand opportunities for small businesses across the region.”
“Brittany brings strong strategic and operational leadership to the SBC,” said Graham Copestake, Executive Director of Trenval Business Development Corporation. “Her experience in program development, partnership building, and organizational
transformation will help position the Small Business Centre for continued growth and impact across our service area.”

She will lead the continued evolution of the SBC toward a growth–oriented, entrepreneur–centred, and performance–driven model aligned with Trenval’s broader economic development mandate.
