The Children’s Safety Village of Belleville is incredibly grateful to have been selected as the charity of choice for Next Level Directional Drilling’s 2nd Annual Golf Tournament, held in September 2026. The event brought together community members, local businesses, and supporters for a day of golf, generosity, and giving back, raising an incredible $26,250.
Proceeds raised from the tournament will go directly toward supporting the Children’s Safety Village’s mission of preventing injuries and fatalities through accessible, hands-on safety education for children, youth, and vulnerable members of our community.
As a charitable organization that relies on donations, sponsorships, and grants, partnerships like this are essential to ensuring that life-saving safety education remains accessible to those who need it most.
“We are incredibly honoured that Next Level Directional Drilling chose the Children’s Safety Village as the beneficiary of their second annual golf tournament,” said Rachelle Baldock, Executive Director of the Children’s Safety Village of Belleville. “Their generosity is about so much more than a golf tournament. It is an investment in the safety and well-being of our community. Every dollar raised helps us educate, empower, and protect children and families through programs designed to prevent injuries and potentially save lives.”
The Children’s Safety Village would like to extend its sincere appreciation to Dylan Jeffs and Jacob Cooney of Next Level Directional Drilling for their generosity, commitment to community safety, and, most importantly, the trust they have placed in the Children’s Safety Village and its mission.
“We are incredibly grateful to Dylan and Jacob for believing in the work we do and choosing to invest in the safety and well-being of our community,” said Baldock. “Their trust in our organization means so much to us. It is partnerships like these that allow us to continue delivering meaningful, potentially life-saving education to children, youth, and families throughout the Bay of Quinte region.”
A very special thank you also goes to Lexi Mortimore for her exceptional dedication, hard work, and leadership in organizing the tournament.
“Lexi did an outstanding job bringing this event together. Her commitment, enthusiasm, and attention to detail helped make the tournament such a wonderful success, and we are truly thankful for everything she contributed,” added Baldock.
The organization also extends its heartfelt appreciation to the entire Next Level Directional Drilling team, tournament sponsors, golfers, volunteers, and everyone who contributed to making the event possible.
The Children’s Safety Village provides interactive safety education in areas such as road and pedestrian safety, cycling safety, fire prevention, water safety, internet safety, personal safety, and injury prevention.
Through community partnerships and educational programming, the organization works to equip individuals with the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills needed to recognize risks, make safer decisions, and prevent avoidable tragedies.
“When local businesses step forward to support community organizations, the impact reaches far beyond a single event,” said Baldock. “Next Level Directional Drilling has demonstrated what it means to be a true community partner. Their support is helping us build a safer, stronger community, and we are honoured that they have chosen to be part of our journey.”
The Children’s Safety Village looks forward to continuing its relationship with Next Level Directional Drilling and celebrating the positive impact this partnership will have on the community.
