Get into an early festive mood to help local families.
The inaugural Walkathon for Christmas Sharing goes Saturday starting at 9 a.m. at Riverside Park in Belleville.
Teams, community, groups, businesses, families and individuals can get a move-on to help this annual holiday food and items drive.
Upon registration, individuals will pledge $10, families $25 and teams $50 to support the cause and help make the season merrier and brighter for those in need.
Contact Sherwin Sam at Christmas Sharing for more information.
