PEC man charged in Cobourg in harassment case

A Prince Edward County man has been charged in connection with a harassment case in Cobourg.

In late September, Cobourg Police began an investigation after receiving a report of ongoing unwanted communications directed toward a complainant since March of this year.

As a result of the investigation, police arrested a 29-year-old man from Prince Edward County on October 10, 2026, and charged him with Criminal Harassment.

The accused was held for a bail hearing.

No name was released.
