Drivers will have a detour to navigate as of Monday in Quinte West.
Crews will be working on North Front Street in Frankford. The road will be closed from Adelaide Street to Concession Road. Local traffic and emergency vehicles will continue to be able to use the road.
Those travelling north, can head west to Adelaide Street, north onto King Drive, and east onto Concession Road to get around. Soutbound traffic can head west onto Concession Road, down south onto King Drive, and over east to Adelaide Road.
Starting Monday, construction crews will be installing the second sanitary force main and putting the road back together with new pavement and curbs.
Construction is set to wrap up this fall.
