Belleville Police have charged a local man with theft and nine-counts of possessing a firearm contrary to a probation order.
Police were called on July 4th with a report that a 27-year-old man had arrived at a business on Bell Boulevard. The Belleville man reportedly asked for a pellet gun from a locked cabinet.
