A Prince Edward County woman has been charged with harassment in the City of Belleville following an incident yesterday morning
Around 10:00 a.m., Belleville Police received a report from a male at a business parking lot in the city’s north end, where he noted that he had been followed by vehicles throughout the morning.
Officers on scene observed a suspect vehicle in the parking lot and learned that a female had been following the male in an attempt to find his residence.
It was further reported that the female drove her vehicle aggressively within the parking lot to block the male’s vehicle.
52-year-old Pamela McConkey was arrested and charged with criminal harassment
She was released on an Undertaking with a court date in October.
