PEC Municipal offices closed August 3 for Civic Holiday

The County of Prince Edward municipal offices will be closed on Monday, August 3 for the Civic Holiday.

Offices will reopen on Tuesday, August 4 at 8:30 am.

Garbage and recycling collection

  • Curbside garbage, green bin, and recycling pickup service will occur according to the regular schedule.
  • Environmental 360 Solutions reminds residents to have their garbage, green bin, and properly sorted blue boxes out to the curb by 7 am to ensure pickup.
  • If your garbage collection is missed, call 613.476.2148 extension 1023. Visit https://e360s.ca/service-updates/ for information on delays or changes in collection schedules.
  • Garbage bags must be tightly sealed and weigh no more than 40lbs when filled. All bags must have a visible tag and the full tag must be visible (rolled tags are not acceptable). To review the Waste Management By-law, please click here.
  • The municipality’s landfill and transfer stations will be open regular hours on Saturday, August 1. Visit the County website for more information.
