Kingston Police looking for missing man

The Kingston Police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating missing person 34-year-old Charles.

Charles was last seen on April 23rd, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. in the area of Concession Street and Victoria Street.

Charles is described as 6’2”, 142lbs, with short black hair. Charles may have bandages on both feet and could be walking with a limp.

Anyone with information regarding Charles’ whereabouts is asked to contact the Kingston Police at 613-549-4660 ext. 0 and reference incident # 26-14099
