Stirling man charged with breaching Undertaking to communicate with woman

A man from Stirling will appear in court next month after breaching an Undertaking.

Around 5 p.m. Friday, Belleville Police received a report of a male repeatedly communicating with a female party despite having conditions to not be in contact with her.

As a result of police investigation, a 37-year-old Stirling man, was arrested and charged with failure to comply with an Undertaking.

He was released with a scheduled court date in March.
