Frankford man charged following crash early Monday morning in Belleville

Belleville Police charged a Frankford man with impaired driving following a crash early Monday morning.

On February 23rd at 12:04am, Belleville Police responded to a report of a single vehicle collision in the city’s west end.

Upon arrival, officers observed a suspect vehicle in a ditch, as well as a male walking away from the vehicle. 

As a result of investigation, James Patterson, 36yearold Frankford man, was arrested and charged with Operation while impaired alcohol and Operation while impaired
blood alcohol concentration over 80mg.

He was released on an Undertaking with a scheduled court date in April.
