Missing Prince Edward County man has been found safe

UPDATE Tuesday at 7 pm – Robert was located safe late this afternoon. OPP want to thank everyone who assisted in the search effort.

ORIGINAL STORY – A man from Prince Edward County has gone missing for the second time this month.

Prince Edward OPP is seeking assistance in locating missing 68-year-old Robert Billyard, who officials say was last seen Wednesday, November 26 at approximately 10:40 a.m. in the County Road 19 area of Prince Edward County.

Billyard is known to frequent Belleville, Kingston and Toronto.
